Choose which board and which stage a new property lands in

When you add a property today it always lands in the first column of your board. If you are working a lead that is already past that point, you have to add it and then drag it. This would let you pick the destination as part of adding: which board, and which stage on that board. The board picker already appears when you have more than one board, so this extends it to the stage as well, and applies it to both the manual form and the listing link flow. Sensible default: whichever board you are looking at, and its first column, so adding stays one click for anyone who does not care. Raised by Brad, 19 Aug 2026.
