Choose which board and which stage a new property lands in
When you add a property today it always lands in the first column of your board. If you are working a lead that is already past that point, you have to add it and then drag it. This would let you pick the destination as part of adding: which board, and which stage on that board. The board picker already appears when you have more than one board, so this extends it to the stage as well, and applies it to both the manual form and the listing link flow. Sensible default: whichever board you are looking at, and its first column, so adding stays one click for anyone who does not care. Raised by Brad, 19 Aug 2026.

Analyse a property against more than one exit strategy
**What you get** A property can hold several calculators at once, so you can work up a Buy to Let, a BRR and a Flip on the same address and compare them side by side, instead of overwriting one analysis to try another idea. Each calculator keeps its own figures, its own modifiers and its own target criteria. One is marked Primary, and that is the one the board card, the criteria match and the deal pack use. **Why it matters** Today a property has a single Exit Strategy dropdown and a row of modifier pills. Switching either rewrites the analysis you already saved, with no way back to what you had. So comparing two exits means redoing the numbers, writing them down somewhere else, or creating a duplicate property. **What it looks like** - The Exit Strategy dropdown and the modifier pills are replaced by a list of calculators on the property, each showing its own key figure, for example ROCE for a Buy to Let or Min Profit for a Flip. - Add a calculator through a two step panel: first the strategy and its modifiers, then the target criteria and deal type. Targets arrive prefilled from your defaults for that strategy. - Purchase price, buying costs, stamp duty and refurbishment stay shared across the property. End value belongs to the calculator, because the value of an HMO conversion is not the value of the same house sold on. - The Analysis screen keeps everything it has today. Nothing is removed. **Requested by** Brad, 17 Aug 2026, from the post offer review with Mark Cornfield. Designed and agreed the same day.

Track actual costs and income against a deal
Log what a project actually costs as you go: refurb invoices, legal fees, agent fees, utilities and mortgage payments while you hold it. Log the income too, including recurring monthly rent on a lease. Because TakeFlight already holds your analysed figures, you would see actual against analysed side by side, and your real break-even point rather than the projected one. Vote if you would use this, and tell us in the comments which costs matter most to you.

Quick look at a deal, and flick between properties
Open a property and see the key numbers straight away in a quick-look view, then move to the next property with an arrow rather than closing and opening each one. The full deal view stays exactly where it is for when you want the detail.

Tasks on a property, plus general to-dos
Add tasks to a specific property with a due date, an owner and a priority, and see them on the property itself. You will also be able to add a general business to-do that is not tied to any property, and everything shows up together on your Tasks page.

Activity tab on a property: notes, documents and tasks together
The Notes tab on a property becomes Activity, with sub-tabs for Notes, Documents and Tasks. Documents means solicitor packs, searches, quotes and anything else for that deal live on the deal itself, instead of in a Google Drive folder you have to go and find.
